Tim is at the top of the both the Billboard and Mediabase charts again this week for the smash hit, “Highway Don’t Care” with Taylor Swift, featuring Keith Urban on guitar.  In addition, the track has sold over one million downloads and set a record for single week audience impressions with 41.3 million during the May 27-June 2 Nielsen BDS tracking week, logging the biggest weekly audience sum since the Country Airplay chart switched to audience-based rankings in January 2005.  The three superstars joined together for this monumental musical event which marks McGraw’s 34th career No. one song and second consecutive No. one from his Big Machine Records debut TWO LANES OF FREEDOM.

NBC celebrates the nation’s 237th birthday with a live broadcast of the “Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular,” featuring all-star performances by multi-platinum singer-songwriter Mariah Carey, GRAMMY® Award winning Tim McGraw and others. Hosted by Nick Cannon of NBC’s “America’s Got Talent,” the two-hour show will air on Thursday, July 4th from 8-10 p.m. ET, with an encore presentation of the second hour of the fireworks special airing at 10 p.m..

The 37th annual Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks® is the nation’s largest patriotic pyrotechnic display with over 40,000 fireworks igniting the sky over the Hudson River. This year’s show will also feature a first-ever, one-of-a-kind collaboration with global superstar Usher.

Country Superstar Tim McGraw will be releasing live tracks from his TWO LANES OF FREEDOM 2013 Tour, powered by Pennzoil, for the first time ever this summer as part of his new program “McGraw Overdrive Series Live.” The first track, “Southern Girl,” will be available starting this Friday, May 24 exclusively at downloads.timmcgraw.com with four other live songs to be released on June 7, June 21, July 12 and July 26. Fans will be able to purchase tracks individually or all five together. All of the songs featured will be from McGraw’s Big Machine Records debut, TWO LANES OF FREEDOM.

“The sound and energy from a live show gives an entirely new perspective to any song,” said McGraw. “I’m always looking for ways to give the fans something extra.
